By connecting dedicated individuals with local fire departments and fire service leaders, we aim to protect citizens, support firefighting teams, and ensure every community has the resources it needs to stay safe.

VolunteerFirefighter.org is a dedicated platform designed to connect everyday heroes with local fire departments in need of volunteers to increase staffing levels. Goals include:

Simplifying the recruitment process by allowing interested individuals to easily submit an online application.
Connecting potential candidates with fire service leaders so they can learn more about each other and start the onboarding process.
Educating the general public about the vital role of Volunteer Firefighters and what the position entails (requirements + benefits).
Sharing testimonials of those who have served their communities as volunteer firefighters.
